Senior DEI Program Coordinator

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

MUST-HAVES

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Some global exposure, whether it’s working with international teams or projects
  • Foundational understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), L&D processes & concepts

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior DEI Program Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in our consulting projects, collaborating with global clients and teams to design, manage, and execute impactful DEI and L&D initiatives. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

Support Clients and Programs

  • Coordinate and manage DEI programs/projects to meet client needs and expectations
  • Be a point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring clarity and smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle

Collaborate Across Borders

  • Work with international teams and stakeholders to deliver projects/programs effectively
  • Adapt and align solutions to diverse cultural contexts and client requirements

Design and Deliver Impactful Solutions

  • Assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating L&D interventions/projects tailored to client needs
  • Develop presentations, reports, and graphics using tools like Canva

 Track and Report Progress

  • Monitor program metrics and outcomes, sharing progress updates
  • Recommend improvements to enhance program impact and effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required

Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, remote role that may require some travel as per business needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new markets
  • Conduct market research, perform competitor and other analysis, and prepare reports and updates for senior management on the firm’s business development activities
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities
  • Work on generating leads and contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Organize/attend seminars/conferences/events, network to generate prospects, and identify and manage publishing/speaking engagements
  • Create and deliver presentations and confidently engage with prospects through online and offline channels
  • Identify client needs and pitch our offerings accordingly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for proposal development and other activities
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in DEI/HR related field or in selling enterprise/B2B services
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
