Manager – Projects and Partnerships

This is a full-time, remote role that may require some travel as per business needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

  • Lead and manage projects and programs from initiation to execution
  • Ensure project requirements are met timely with the highest quality and accuracy through communicating routinely with clients, vendors and the internal team
  • Effectively collaborate with multiple and diverse stakeholders in a global environment
  • Identify, communicate and manage risks ahead of time
  • Prioritize tasks while also quickly adapting to changes
  • Oversee resourcing and manage vendors globally

Strategic Partnerships

  • Explore potential partnerships and alliances
  • Handle end-to-end partnership execution, including identifying, meeting, pitching, negotiating commercials, and closing agreements
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships in existing partnerships through effective communication

Design and Delivery Support

  • Draft, update, and contribute towards content development
  • Assist in designing workshops and co-create solutions that address the needs of clients
  • Prepare presentations and other communication materials

Social Media Management

  • Create content strategies for social media platforms
  • Build and manage a social media calendar
  • Write and publish engaging and informative content
  • Suggest, draft, and publicize posts to build brand awareness and promote offers and promotions

SKILLS

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Self-driven and proactive in taking up responsibilities and following through
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with globally spread multi-cultural/diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Intrinsically motivated with a high level of initiative and creative approach to work

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in DEI, HR or related field
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required

Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, remote role that may require some travel as per business needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new markets
  • Conduct market research, perform competitor and other analysis, and prepare reports and updates for senior management on the firm’s business development activities
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities
  • Work on generating leads and contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Organize/attend seminars/conferences/events, network to generate prospects, and identify and manage publishing/speaking engagements
  • Create and deliver presentations and confidently engage with prospects through online and offline channels
  • Identify client needs and pitch our offerings accordingly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for proposal development and other activities
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
